Happy Friday friends! I hope that you have had the most wonderful week! It has been a busy, quick, long, and short week all wrapped into one over here.

I shared yesterday that we returned home again after ten days away. You can read more in the post HERE, and I just want to say thank you again for all of the prayers for this work trip that I was on. In many ways it was very different than I had expected and there are a lot of things that I am still processing behind the scenes. While I may not share on here all of the details that took place, I will be sharing some things and I do want to say how grateful I am for all of the prayers.

I am looking forward to the weekend and here are just a few of the favorite things from this past week (after returning home)...

Here are some of my favorite things from this past week! First of all....

If you have been around in this space for more than 5 years, first let me say thank you so much. Second, you may remember that before the sudden death of my hero, my father and then subsequent difficult grief things, we used to hold an annual party in the woods at the cabin. This year... after six years... we held a gathering and it was different then years before... and it taught be some very gentle reflections on grief and traditions. Find all of my thoughts on this beautiful porch night gathering HERE!

Y'all. This nail polish is the perfect fall color nail polish for this time of year. I have gotten so many compliments on it and I love that it is a red color so it is still classy but it has the fall tone and vibe to it.

I purchased mine at Ulta, but I found it cheaper on Amazon by nearly $5 - HERE!
