A couple of weeks ago when mom and I went to the farm where we purchase all of our yummy vegetables, we came across a delicious looking cabbage. Immediately, I started craving it and we brought it home and literally ate the whole thing within 3 days! We quickly returned to the farm and purchased more to make yummy salads, coleslaw, and a variety of other things, including chopping up some and freezing it for our fall and winter soups.
