Happy Friday friends! I hope that you have had the most wonderful week! It has been a busy week over here for me at work, continuing to settle into the cabin, and several behind the scenes projects!! And let's be real... just trying to survive the heat. haha. I am joking...but not really. I may have spent my childhood in the south, but give me a radical heat wave (more than 25 degrees different than the days before) and this girl becomes one just trying to make it through. I am not good with extreme heat!

Thankfully the worst of the heat seems to have passed and we are grateful for just making it through.

Today starts a long weekend today as I have the day off of work. This summer I am taking several long weekends throughout which I am looking forward to instead of just one week for the year.

Here are some of my favorite things from this past week! First of all....

With Caravan Sonnet turning eleven years old this year I love sharing on Fridays some of the older but most popular posts on the blog! One of the things that Caravan Sonnet developed into was a a resource for those looking for trip itineraries around the United States and World.

One of the most popular posts is one that I wrote back in 2017 was entitled "my best and worst travel stories" and I honestly need to update this 7 years later, but it is truly a fun read and I am so thankful y'all have enjoyed it! You can read the post HERE!

I hope that you have a wonderful Friday friends! Thank you for making this such an incredible space to come to and connect with every single day. I am so blessed!!
