I know I have shared with y'all how much I love greens and the health benefits of so many of them. I have been loving adding oregano to my diet over the years, and in the last few months have made a concentrated effort to really add in oregano every single day! Here are just a few of the amazing benefits of adding oregano to your diet! 1. Oregano May Help Fight Bacteria Certain test tube studies are showing the power of oregano in helping to fight bacteria. One study that was conducted showed that oil of oregano might fight E. coli! 2.
