Happy Friday friends! I am excited to join back in with "Friday Favorites"! It's been a while and I thought it would be fun to join back in the fun starting after the summer so here we are!
1. View from My Office at the Cabin
I briefly mentioned this in the post on Wednesday (read HERE), but I started a new job that I am so excited about three weeks ago. It has been incredible. I can't wait to share more in the coming weeks, but I work from home and this is my view from the Cabin office. It has been a beautiful blessing in so many ways and this view just fills my heart with such gratitude. More to come on the job next week!
The field that I am working inspires me to pick out some suit type outfits. If you know me well then you know that even working from home I like to dress up and I needed some new work wear. I was thrilled to find this pencil skirt from Banana Republic (click HERE). The price was (and is) on sale! And for all of my tall girl friends: GREAT NEWS this also comes in tall!
I was also thrilled to find the suit jacket that matches the pencil skirt (again on sale still!)! The suit jacket fits like a dream and I can't recommend it enough! For the tall version it only comes in black (HERE), but the regular and petite sizes offer both grey and black (HERE)! The quality is wonderful and it is currently on sale for less than $95.00!
One of my favorite go to snacks and things to use in my salads is goat cheese, especially the kind from Vermont Creamery! If y'all have never tried go out and get some now! You can find it in most grocery stores and it is delicious! You can also order it on Amazon HERE.
5. Lights in the Trees
If you have been around the blog at all in the last 9 years then you know that I have a little love affair with lights in the trees. I still love them and am determined to find a way to add more lights like this throughout the year at the bungalow. Anyone else use lights all year long? Any suggestions on how to use them to feel cozy and not "christmasy" during the off holiday season?
And I know it is supposed to be 5 favorites but I can't end the post without sharing this...
