Happy Friday friends! I hope that you have been having a great week! It has been a BUSY one for sure for us as we headed down to Albany to spend time packing up more of the condo. If I never see another moving box for a LONG time I will be thrilled. Haha!Today I am excited to share that I shared an instagram reel over on IG this morning!! You can watch it by clicking HERE!
The reel is a compilation of pictures the library work that I have been doing. When I first became the director 15 weeks ago the downstairs children's area had been severely neglected over the last three years and quickly became a huge project to undertake...from cleaning to organization to coding of books to making this a warm and welcoming haven for children and teens...it has been lovely, challenging, and a delight...
It is definitely NOT finished, but I am loving how "the book forest" is coming together and is in "the middle"...a slow and steady project that will last for years...for anyone else undertaking a huge project, a huge clean up, or renovation...I hope you take time to celebrate the milestones of "the middle".❤
I loved the creative aspect of showing the years with highlight pics in this way and with this music.
