15 years ago (yesterday) I left for England for a study abroad program that would change my life in numerous ways. While I was there I spent a lot of time drinking tea from adorable tea cups and dreaming and praying about what the Lord had in the future.
There are a lot of precious memories from that season of life and I am in awe over the prayers that I have seen answered and some that are still to be answered. One specific prayer is about to be answered next week. I dreamt and felt called to write and have this be a ministry to encourage the hearts of those who were hurting. My newest book, December Caravan, coming out in 6 days is one small part of that dream.
So this week I remember with humble tears sipping on this tea cup so many years ago and the way that the Lord faithfully and lovingly guides us, rejoices over us, and answers the prayers of my little heart.
